Clyde is the other half of Bonnie. Bonnie and Clyde were found as strays and were in pretty good shape. Someone had taken care of these and either decided to abandon them or they have escaped from their home. The animal shelter picked them up and they were held for a week hoping their owners would come for them. We think Clyde is Bonnie’s brother because he has the same birth defect of his right front leg… it simply didn’t grow. You can barely see it in this photo. Clyde, like Bonnie, gets along great without it and doesn’t know he should have 4 legs. He is a gorgeous male about 2 years old and totally devoted to Bonnie. We could not separate them. They have the best 6 legs around and are loads of fun. We knew it was only a matter of time until people realized how special these two really are and now one great family has taken notice. Clyde and Bonnie have been adopted by the same wonderful family that took in Sequoia a few months back. Bonnie and Clyde’s new parents are so loving. They like to take in older dogs or dogs with special needs and spoil them rotten. So now Clyde and Bonnie have a big pool to swim in, which is especially good for their legs, a big yard to play in and a full house of friends. When dad met Bonnie and Clyde it was magic, Bonnie and Clyde melted- and we think dad did too. Clearly it was meant to be- and its always a happy ending when two strays find their way!!!
