Cooper is a 4 year old male golden. He was adopted from AGA when he was about 2 years old after he was found in the country. We named him Wallace then – but a young couple adopted him and named him Cooper… hence his name Cooper Wallace. He is slightly overweight with a low thyroid level and is on thyroid meds daily so that will help. Hopefully, his new mom and dad will be able to get some of the weight off of him with a little exercise. They recently lost their golden at the age of 15 and missed having a golden in the house. Once they met Cooper Wallace they decided that he was the dog for them. Cooper chased the tennis ball, sat, gave them his paw, rolled over for tummy rubs and really turned on the charm. Obviously, it worked. Now he will live in a quiet neighborhood and go for long walks. Dad also works from home, so Cooper will hardly ever be left alone. He is going to be very happy in his new home.
