When we rescued Crenshaw, a 1-2 year old Great Pyrenees, from the shelter it was obvious that he had been tied up and was pretty scared. He had never walked on a leash and was uncertain of going through doors. We knew with a little patience and a lot of love Crenshaw would make a wonderful pet and a loyal companion. And, a young family knew that as soon as they met him. They had been looking for a bigger dog and when they saw this boy, it was over. They came to visit him every day he was at the vet and brought him treats. Today, Crenshaw lives with his lab brother and his Mom and Dad and little baby who we know Crenshaw will protect forever.
