I have a great new mom and dad and they even got me a “dog walker” person for when they are not home. I’m used to “walkers” because I had a bunch of them at the dog hotel where I was staying. I also have a yard with a fence and a friendly neighborhood for taking walks. My mom and dad said good-bye to their golden not too long ago and now they are helping me. My big job is waiting at the door to say “Welcome home” when they get done working. That makes them smile and makes me feel like I’m where I belong. It been a long time since I felt that way and it’s a relief to know I’m wanted. I know a lot of people took a lot of time to help me and I’ll never forget what a difference they made for one grateful dog-ME! Your friend always, Derby
