Meet Miss Dixie Belle – a 1 year old female purebred Great Pyrenees. Dixie was living on a goat farm and the older female Great Pyrenees didn’t like her. Dixie tried to play with the goats and the bigger Great Pyrenees thought she was too rough. With that, Dixie decided she wanted to be an indoor dog so she asked us for help! We simply couldn’t resist. It took sometime, but Dixie was very patient and got adopted. Dixie Belle was living with a chow and they ended up not getting along. They fought one too many times so Dixie asked us for help again. This time we think we have a winner. She has a wonderful new home with a perfect new family. She has 2 young kids to help raise, one girl and one boy, a stay-at-home mom and a golden brother named Guinness! Dixie thinks dad is pretty great too and she’s definitely ready to be his fuzzy girl. Guinness is 11.5 years old and is happy to share is home and family with Dixie. Every man loves a southern belle!
