Dolly is a female golden mix puppy whose age is estimated to be around 4 months old. We think she could have some Great Pyrenees in her. One of our volunteers found her in a Tennessee shelter and had to go get her. We are all happy that she did but there is one family in particular that is singing this volunteer’s praise- Dolly’s new forevers. Dolly has been adopted by a great family who lost their beloved golden retriever to cancer in May. Since mom is a teacher the summer was a perfect time to welcome another golden gal into their home. Mom plans to devote her time to teaching little Dolly all her basic commands and showing her how great being a family golden can be. Since Dad works from home a few days they too have some good bonding time planned. Dolly also has two older human brothers showing her the ropes, Ben who’s 18 and 14 year old Mitchell. They are so fun. Dolly can’t seem to get enough of her new family. Lucky for her, she’ll will be able to enjoy them forever!
