Update: Sadly, Duffer has lymphoma and needs a foster to care for him during the months he has left. AGA pays for all medical bills when you foster a dog in need like Duffer. BACKGROUND: I am 9 and if I gain one more pound I will be number 90 on the weigh machine. I guess 9 is my lucky number because here I am – an official orphan with AGA. No better place to be if you need a home! I was a lost dog and a kind lady tried to find my people but no luck. I have kind of stiff back legs and knees so I’m hoping I’ll get some medicine for that after they take pictures of my legs. My driver says I am sweet and affectionate to everyone- even little kids- and I am not much interested in cats. Since I was lost once I would appreciate a yard with a fence so I won’t get lost again. I wouldn’t mind having some kids in my new family but they would have to understand that I am not a pony to ride on or a pillow to sleep on or a chair to stand on if they can’t reach something. None of those things are good for any dog and especially not a dog with sore hips and knees. I guess I’m looking for a quiet but fun life with people who like the same thing so if that is you- come meet me and maybe it could work out so we each would be happy! Duffer
