I am just one year old but I’ve known what it’s like not to be wanted and it was no fun! Then some kind people where I used to live in Turkey found some kind people here in America and all of a sudden- I was wanted! I made a long, long trip with other goldens to find my family. I have a new mom and dad and a grown up brother and sister. They go to school. I have to have some school time too to learn how to understand American talk but I have already learned about running, playing and tennis balls. That was all very easy! When I first got here I was kind of itchy so I had a haircut that made me look like a lion! When it grows back I will turn into a dog again! Ha Ha. I don’t think I can say thank you enough to all of you who saved me because I have a whole life to look forward to now with people who love and want me.
