I just adopted my foster mother. Pretty smart don’t you think? I didn’t see any reason to look at any more families- this one suits me just fine! The sooner you get settled in, the better and that’s just what I did. I am 8 years old and I don’t have time to waste and I like to have my things all settled and organized so I can get down to the important stuff like napping, playing with people, and getting treats and toys but every time you move it’s just like starting over and since I already moved from a N. Carolina shelter I wasn’t interested in any more moves. While I was waiting and deciding where I wanted to live I had to have medicine for heartworms and thanks to Mr. Eugene Makowski it was all paid for which just goes to show you how special he is. Every senior golden knows him because he has helped so many of them- he is our hero! We dogs heard his girl Ginger got very sick and couldn’t stay with him any more and we felt so, so sad to hear that. But she did let us know that she had never been happier in any place she had ever lived. And that’s how I feel about my new home. This is the happiest time of my life and I thank you all very much!
