Finnegan (one of our resident Red Hunters) came to us as a sweet-tempered, happy eight month old male, the son of Diesel and Sassy and brother to the entire litter of Red Hunters. Finnegan certainly lives up to his billing of a red hunter…extremely smart and very active! He quickly learned to love playing tug with another dog, or playing chase-and-hide around the trees and under bushes. Finnegan clearly wants love…all that was needed was the perfect family to spoil him! Now he is well on his way to being spoiled. His new family came to Adoption Day looking for the perfect furry guy or gal to add to their family. They were immediately taken with Mr. Finnegan! Finnegan now has a mom and dad, two human brothers, and a golden-doodle sister. His mom has volunteered with Happy Tails over the past ten years, and is hoping to engage their new furry family member in this tradition! Finnegan and his new sister hit it off right away. He has already attached himself to one of the sons…it was like an instant love connection! Now Finnegan has officially traded in his chain link past, for a very bright and loving future!
