Fudge is one of 10 purebred golden retriever puppies. These photos were taken on 11/22. They will be seven weeks old on Thanksgiving Day. The small breeder we got this litter from has decided to stop breeding and before he could have his female spayed, she was pregnant again. This is the last litter and we’ve found home for them all! Fudge was adopted by a cat named Schnitzel. Well kind of – mom and dad help of course, but Schnitzel had to give Fudge the paws up. Now Fudge has a new mom, a new dad, 2 human kids and a new boss (named Schnitzel). They recently lost their 14 year old golden to old age and home just wasn’t home without the pitter patter of golden feet – not to mention the bales of golden hair. Now Fudge is intent on healing their human hearts. Mom stays at home so Fudge and mom will be the best of friends. There is also a huge big fenced in yard that Fudge has been eyeing up. Looks like Fudge’s future is sure to be golden.
