Gable is a male golden retriever who we think is around 3 years old. He was found wandering the streets with Spencer. We think they have been on the lam for awhile. A kind man found them. Gable was named for that macho lover, Clark Gable. He loves the women much more than the guys. Gable was found to have heartworms and put on medication and had leash restriction and mandatory rest for 60 days. He missed the girls but soon fell in love with his foster family, and they fell for him. Gable worked his charms so well that his fosters decided to make themselves his forevers. So now Gable has a mom and dad that are both teachers and two kids, Kate 8yrs, and Andrew 5yrs, to care for. He also has a 12 year old big brother black lab, Riley. Riley really helped Gable get used to family life and the two are great pals. Gable is so happy to finally have a forever place to rest his paws.
