GG is a 5 year old purebred female golden retriever who had lived all her life with Honey and Rex. See Rex’s story. She was timid, submissive and loud noises and quick motions seem to bother her. However, that changed while with her foster who had 3 small kids running around. Then she met her “mom”. Mom is a previous adopter who gets the “rescue” part of AGA. Mom was very patient with us and waited until Golden Girl was ready (and medically approved) for her new home. Now GG is living her new life in a lovely home in Alpharetta with a fenced yard and a mom that works from home. She also has a new 8 year old golden sister, Lucy, who’s also from AGA. Lucy had been very lonely since she lost her lab brother a short while ago. Now Lucy is happy again, mom has her furry duo again and GG’s days of breeding are long behind her. Here’s to only happy days ahead for all!
