I guess 2025 is starting out to be the year of the rescued dog. I am number 13 at AGA and hope it will be my lucky number! Some nice shelter people made sure AGA came to get me and now I am cared for by one of their foster people. At first, the shelter thought I was an older boy but no, I am only about 2, says my new doctor. The reason why? It’s because I was kind of stiff and the kennel floors at the shelter were kind of slippery for my feet. For now my doctor is letting me rest and get past being a stray dog and so I have to wait a bit to see about my hips and knees. Meanwhile, I can tell you that I am a little over 50 pounds, have good house manners, walk well on a leash and love to be with my people. It’s OK to call and ask about me because I am so excited about finding a new home! Keep your paws (er – fingers) crossed that I have a good doctor’s report. Lots of love and kisses from Gibbs
