Gifford is a purebred male golden retriever who is around 8 years old. He was picked up as a stray and since he was already neutered the shelter was sure he would be reclaimed. Sadly, no one came. When we went to get him, we found one scared, depressed, sad, confused and very thin dog. After a few days at the vet his digestion was stabilized and now his skin issues are pretty much under control. He has also gained some weight and is starting to look beautiful with his silver coat. In his loving foster home he certainly came out of his shell. Now this fun-loving, playful dog has a new home with a new mom, dad and a golden sister named Annie. Annie was sad because she had recently lost her buddy AGA Henry Senior. Now she has Gifford to keep her company and make her tail wag again. Mom and dad are great AGA supporters and true golden lovers. Gifford is in one of the best places he can be – and he deserves all the spoils his new life has to offer!
