Gilbert is a 2-3 year old purebred male golden retriever. He was found as a stray and taken to a rural animal shelter in north Georgia where they were happy to call us to get him. Gilbert is a sweetheart and in no time at all he used his charms and wiles to wiggle and nuzzle his way into his new home. Now Gilbert has a great new mom who is simply terrific. He will also have two human 10 year old siblings that will keep him busy and a nanny around to help out. Or to spoil him, whatever happens to suit his mood at the moment. In addition, he’ll have 2 three year old cats that will make sure that he doesn’t get into trouble – or maybe they will make sure he gets in trouble. Either way his new life is going to suit him just fine and he’ll have lots of love to go around – even to the cats!
