Merry Christmas to me! Merry Christmas to me! That’s what I am saying now but my life has not always been so happy. I was adopted when I was 1 year old. When I was 8 my family didn’t have any use for me. I don’t understand how anyone can have a dog that long and not care about it any more? Traveling was more important to them. They sent me to AGA to find a new home and if there had been no AGA I don’t know what I would have done. Is it any wonder that I was confused and scared? I went to a foster home and they said they were very glad to have me. While I was there my new dog doctor had to take a lump off my leg. It was the bad kind. But my foster home was the good kind! They just told me they want me to stay with them always because I am now a member of the family. That is such a relief to me-to know I will be taken care of and never have to leave. But the most important part of being in this family is knowing that I am wanted and that I am important. There could not be any better Christmas present! Happy holidays to all- from Harley, once an AGA dog, always an AGA dog!
