This is Harrigan. He is the brother to Finnegan and came to us after his former owner passed away. Unfortunately it appears Harrigan was hit by a car and needed surgery to repair his hip and pelvis. Well, while Harrigan had and recovered from his surgery, his brother Finnegan found his new home just before the holidays. Well, when Santa came to visit Finn asked Santa to find his brother a new home. Of course, Santa Paws always keeps his promises – especially to good golden boys. So, now that Harrigan is well (thanks to a special friend named Charlie) Santa has found his home too. Harrigan has been adopted by one of our wonderful volunteers. Mom is younger and recently got her own apartment and now Harrigan has made her new place feel more like home. Harrigan needed someone very special and he found that with his new mom. Mom was so excited to have her new guy home just in time for the Super Bowl. Now we can’t wait to hear who picked the Saints to win – mom, Harrigan or both? Now mom (who was a runner but due to a recent surgery has become a walker) and Harrigan will have long leisurely strolls together. It’s the perfect therapy for both of them.
