Meet HD, a 14 month old purebred male golden retriever who was found in a Home Depot in Mississippi a few months ago. The family who rescued him moved to Atlanta and decided they just couldn’t give him the attention and training he needed. HD is just a goofy boy who likes other dogs and likes people big and small. HD is healthy but he has lived all his life outdoors and sorta has lumberjack manners. He is a very handsome dog – big head and paws as he is showing you in this photo. He is going to foster care and will begin his basic training. If you want a goofy, lovable golden boy and will commit to a good exercise and training program for him, you will be rewarded with a wonderful companion. HD is going home with a very lucky lady! He told us that he wanted to be the man in the house, he wanted someone that would give him lots of TLC and his very own fenced in back yard. Well, HD got it all! He is the only man (baby) in the house. Mom is a nurse, so we know she’ll give him lots of TLC! And his new backyard is perfect! No more wandering for this big boy – this baby is home!
