Honey 2 is a 5 year old female golden who was rescued in rural Alabama. Honey was an owner turn in to a shelter in Alabama. She was going to be euthanized because owner turn ins are the first to be put down. Our friends in Alabama couldn’t let that happen…nor could we. Honey is a wonderful, sweet, loving, typical golden girl. Unfortunately she was not treated well by her owners because she was heartworms positive and had
a severe ear infection. We treated her with the finest medical care and got her back on her paws just in time for her forever family to meet her and take her home. Honey has been adopted by a wonderful mom and dad who came to us looking for their first family dog. They wanted a sweet girl who for their two young kids, Brennan who’s 5 and Riley who is 2 and a half years old, but also a dog active enough to keep up with dad’s work out routine. They turned out to be sweet on Honey and Honey couldn’t be happier to call them her forevers.
