Welcome Jackson to Atlanta. He is from the Gulf Port region of Mississippi. He was rescued down there and held in a shelter but no one came for him. He is about 5 years old and was in pretty bad shape. He had heartworms and intestinal parasites and a skin infection due to being in contaminated water. He needed someone who could nurse him back to health and give him a wonderful life. We found her! Jackson has a new Mom and an older lab sister, Polly. And, he even has a sister cat named Maggie. Jackson has a big yard and gets to go on long walks at the park and also gets to go to the lake. Best of all, Jackson has a Mom who will show him what love really means.
