Jackson is a 1 year old purebred male golden who will go down in the Adopt a Golden history books as the fasted adoption to date. Jackson was turned in by his family although he had done nothing wrong the family’s older golden just didn’t love Jackson as much as it was hoped. Jackson was brought in for his wellness check and then sent to Petlodge where he was immediately spotted by his future mom and dad. They were there to check out another dog but it was love at first sight and the young couple knew Jackson was their boy. Jackson is mom and dad’s first child and while he shares his forever home with two cats he is already enjoying the perks of only dog life. He’s even finding that the cats are pretty cool. Mom and dad are very active so Jackson will never be bored and swimming in the lake- with a life jacket of course. The first day was a little rough but by the second Jackson was swimming around with ease. We know, from here on out, it’s smooth sailing for Jackson..
