Jake, a 7 year old purebred Golden who is all boy, had been an outdoor dog living under a truck camper top. He had never been inside a home before so just look at that smile now. A family who had recently lost their beloved Golden decided to help us foster — they just weren’t ready to adopt just yet. Well, that sure was wrong. They had Jake less than a day and fell head over heels for this great big teddy bear. So, Jake was adopted by his foster family and has a new MOM and his own boy who happens to be a great baseball player so Jake is giving him tips and vice versa. Now, if you know of somebody else who just isn’t ready to adopt but will foster for us …. Jake says there are others just like him waiting to twist your arm with his paw.
