My name is Joni Doodle, and I’m a 4-year-old Goldendoodle girl, weighing around 53 pounds, with a sweet heart and lots of love to give.
I was adopted by my family when I was just 6 months old from a Southern California rescue, and I’ve been loved dearly ever since. Sadly, allergies and the time needed to give me the attention I deserve led my family to make the difficult decision to let AGA help me find my next forever home.
I’m a very sweet, medium-energy girl who loves my people and did wonderfully with my two human siblings, ages 6 and 10. I also grew up with cats and absolutely love them! I’m great with other dogs, people, and kids, and I’m always happy to make new friends.
I’m house-trained, walk nicely on a leash, and know my basic commands. I love playing with balls and stuffies, and my wavy coat is easy to groom, though I do shed a little. I enjoy riding in the car (sometimes I can get a little car sick), and would love a fenced yard where I can safely play and explore (but not required).
I’m not a fan of thunderstorms or going outside in the rain, and I can get a little nervous when left alone. I slept happily in a gated area and will let you know when I need to go outside.
What I’m looking for now is a family who will give me plenty of love, companionship, and reassurance. I’m a gentle, affectionate girl who just wants to be close to my people and be part of a family again. With oodles of love, Joni Doodle
