This is Kodi, a wonderful 6 month old purebred male golden. Kodi’s first family had two toddlers, another dog and both parents worked. After a short while they realized they just weren’t able to give Kodi all he deserved and asked us for help. We quickly said yes – we just couldn’t resist that sweet face! In no time at all, Kodi found a new home with two boys and a golden brother. Kodi was loving it and then the family had a family emergency and Mom had to leave town to take care of a relative. Kodi isn’t old enough to take care of himself so we have taken him back into our program. Kodi is back with his foster mom and this time around she decided that she just can’t let him go. We think Kodi wanted this all along, it just took mom a little longer to figure it out. It seems the old saying is true – ‘you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone’. And now that mom has a second chance she’s determine not to let her sweet Kodi go! Kodi is really, really at home to stay!
