Kody, a 6 year old male golden, was brought to us by his heartbroken mom and dad. Kody had grown up with a loving family and a female golden who was his best friend. But when the real kids came along Kody never really adjusted. Kody wasn’t the right match for his family but he was very much loved. We knew it was only a matter of time until we found Kody that perfect fit. Turns out that perfect fit found us! From the minute Kody’s new family met him they begged us to be his foster. They had lost their beloved Golden only months early and were not sure if they were emotionally prepared for a new dog. Turns out Kody was exactly what the doctor ordered. He filled a hole in the heart of his new family and Kody has never been happier. It only took a moment to know that Kody would be a part of this family forever.
