Meet Lacie. She had a bit of a rough ride for her first 6 years. She came to us when a breeder shut down – she was quite shy when she got to her foster’s home but with lots of patience, love to give and the help of the kids, a lab brother and 3 cats, Lacie started to blossom and come out of her shell. Then a wonderful lady came to us looking for a sweet middle aged dog that was good with kids, cats and other dogs. Lacie was perfect for her and as it happens mom was perfect too. Lacie is a typical golden that is your constant shadow and since mom is retired it works out perfectly. Together they take long walks and Lacie even tries to sleep on mom’s bed. Now that her breeder life is finally over this sweet girl is ready to be spoiled rotten.
