2/16 UPDATE: The surgery at UGA Vet School went incredibly well! LIA actually needed both ureters repaired. but they were able to perform it via laser which will make healing and potential for complete normalcy much higher. They are predicting a very decent chance of this. She is doing wonderfully and can go home in a few days. Yay for Lia! And thanks to AGA for helping this girl have a shot at a Golden life!Hi everyone. I want to tell you my news! I am the new puppy girl in a family that loves me to pieces! They are dog people too since there are two more dogs here already and not long ago they had a golden retriever but it had to go to be an angel dog. It made them very sad but they are smiling now because I’m here! I found out I need my doctor to do an operation so (maybe, maybe) I won’t have to wear diapers any more. I have a big brother now and he is going to be taking care of me. He is very patient and kind and I’m going to hug him every day! Please cross your paws for me that I have good luck with my operation and thank you to AGA for finding my family. I couldn’t have done it without you. Love and kisses, little Lia
