Lilly, a purebred female golden retriever who is around 7 years old, was dumped by her previous owner, who had Lilly for 6 years, at a school. Every time Lilly approached people and kids at the school they chased her away. It took weeks for a kind person to catch her and weeks more to get her to trust people. Now, Lilly’s owner is moving and can’t take her. Lilly was very confused and very sad, but these days Lilly is happy again because she has a wonderful new mom and dad, a teenage girl to hang out with, and an older brother golden retriever, Jax. Mom and dad wanted to find Jax a playmate to keep him on his paw and Lilly was the perfect girl. Jax and Lilly already love each other and have so much fun together. Lilly’s new home is on the lake, although she hasn’t made it in yet she’s working up the nerve to take a dip. In the meantime, she and Jax keep busy in the big fenced in yard. While Lilly enjoys playtime she also loves to cuddle on the couch with mom and spend quiet nights with the family. It’s great not to be chased around anymore and finally Lilly has found her forever home.
