AGA told us that it sometimes took longer for two dogs together to get adopted but we were happy to wait if it meant we wouldn’t be separated. We have been many places since we came to look for a new home. First from a breeder and then to a home where another dog didn’t like me. They put us on Craigslist which was the most scary part of all. Bad things can happen to dogs who are on Craigslist. Then we came to AGA, and to a dog doctor and then to a dog hotel and finally to a foster family. Whew! I am 6 and Lilly is just 4 so I tried to keep her chin up but I have to admit I was beginning to wonder if we’d ever find our new home. Then at adoption day we met them! It was just like magic! Our new mom and dad adopted us and we became the first dogs at AGA to find a home in the new year. We are trying out our yard with the fence which lets us run and run and still be safe. When we have quiet time we just sit with mom and dad and get all kinds of attention. It was worth the wait! Much love and thanks from Buddy and Lilly
