I am a golden girl only 18 months old but I haven’t had a home for a while now. Some people in Alabama have been taking care of me since my family left me at the dog doctor’s place and never came back to get me. I guess it was a good place – better than a shelter but still- I don’t know why my people didn’t want to come and take me home. I am a healthy girl and ready for a new home but I’m a little unsure of myself because of being left that way. I’m a bit timid I guess but I know I will be more confident when I am settled with people who love me. AGA is going to find out all about me but so far I’ve met some cats and didn’t have any problems with them. I’ll bet if I have a nice dog friend to show me how to be more confident it would be a big help! Maybe you’d like to help me too? You could- just get in touch with AGA and they’ll fix things so we can meet. I am looking forward to, finally, getting a new home and family and getting to play and having toys and — just everything! And, now to finish my story I want everyone to know that my family found me. I have a new mom and dad and two brothers who like to play as much as I do. I am doing much better on my confidence and and learning all kinds of new things. The best though, is having people who love me and give me all kinds of attention. I think that’s what dogs are made for, don’t you?– Love Lola
