Lucky, a 3 year old beautiful purebred golden boy, was looking for a new home because his family had fallen on hard times and just couldn’t afford to keep him any longer. Lucky hadn’t been too lucky. You see, he had been kept in the garage most of his life and hasn’t had an outlet for all his energy. Well, Lucky is lucky now. A family had suddenly lost one of their goldens to a tumor and everyone missed him – particularly the children and Hunter, their other golden. They came to us and met several dogs but it was Lucky they wanted. There was something special about how Lucky bonded with them. He didn’t want to let them out of his sight. And, he didn’t have to. Lucky is now in his forever home and playing with Hunter in his big fenced backyard. Who says you can’t be luckier the second time around?
