My name is Mandy, and I’m a 4.5-year-old girl weighing about 40 pounds, looking for a second chance at a forever home.
I was actually adopted through AGA a few years ago and have been very loved (I was formerly named Lady). Unfortunately, through no fault of my own, my family’s circumstances changed. My owners house flooded, and now they are moving into a retirement community where I couldn’t join them. They loved me very much, and will miss me so much, but know that AGA will help me find a new family who will give me the best life.
I’m a sweet girl with good house manners. I’m fully house-trained and comfortable with a crate, as it has always been part of my routine. While all of these recent changes have been a little confusing, I’m taking them in stride and looking forward to what comes next.
We’re still learning more about how I feel about other dogs, cats, and children. But what we do know is that I’m ready to find a family of my own again.
I may have lost the home I’ve known, but I haven’t lost my loving, golden heart. I’m hoping for a family who will give me a soft place to land and remind me that the best chapters can still be ahead. With love and hopeful tail wags, Mandy
