Marley, a wonderful 5 year old female golden, lived upstairs in her house for the first six months of her life. Then she was put in the basement and given a dog door and was free fed — meaning she got all the food she wanted and she didn’t get much exercise, or attention. Marley led a sad life, but not anymore. Now Marley has a loving new mom and dad and 4 young grandkids that come visit. Mom and dad are both retired so Marley is showered by affection and attention all day long. Marley’s new parents are real dog lovers. They recently lost their beloved lab after sparing no expense in trying to nurse her back to health. In the end, there was nothing they could do but rescue another little girl and no one could be happier. Mom and dad just adore Marley and Marley’s tail hasn’t stopped wagging since she got to her forever home. Things are looking up for this bunch, and we are so glad to hear it!!
