What a big golden you are Marshmallow! Oops, you aren’t a golden in a Great Pyrenees costume? Marshmallow is an 18 month old female Great Pyrenees who was on death row in a shelter. The Great Pyreness rescue was “full” and couldn’t take her. We were called ’cause be have a soft spot for these gentle giants. Marsh came to us very thin. Most of her hair was so matted and full of barbed wire that it had to be shaved. Only the hair on her head and a neck area was able to be saved. Despite the haircut it was clear Marshmallow was a sweet girl with a lot of love to give, and now she has a wonderful family to give her lots of love in return. Marshmallow has her very own stay at home mom and two young kids, Nicholas and Grace, to help raise. Marshmallow shares her new home with 2 cats, but she doesn’t seem to mind. Marshmallow has come a long way from those lonely days on death row. Now she has a family, cats, and a big backyard where she can run and play. She may not be a golden but you can bet her future will be golden indeed!
