MJ, short for Mary Jane, is a 1 year old female golden retriever. Her first mom and dad were an engaged couple who recently broke up. Dad wanted to keep MJ but because he travels so much for work, he knew MJ would be better off in another home. So dad reluctantly passed his girl on to us and we found MJ a wonderful new family to call her own. MJ’s new forever family adopted their 2 year old male golden, Bucaneer, from us about a year ago. Not to long ago, mom and dad came back to AGA in search of a girlfriend for their boy. When MJ came in we immediately called Bucaneer’s family to schedule a first date. It was love at first sight. From the moment MJ and Bucaneer met it was all tail wags and kisses. Now it’s more tail wags, kisses, tennis ball, kisses, chase around the yard, kisses, and then of course more tail wagging. MJ is so happy at her new home. She has a great mom and dad, and two teenagers, Carson and Taylor. Dad works from home so he’s always around to throw a ball or give a belly rub. The other day MJ spotted a new life jacket in the closet. Bucaneer told her all about the boating on the lake and summertime fun. MJ is so excited about all the new adventures to come. What a great forever MJ’s got ahead of her!
