When I first came to AGA I was only 18 months old and so, so sick. I had been in a shelter in N.Carolina and when I got here they told me I had heartworms and Parvo. No wonder I was thin and felt so badly. After I heard this bad news I was really scared but then the good things started to happen. First of all “Belle” a former AGA dog and her Mom paid for my heartworm treatment and then my Parvo went away and I got hungry again and started to eat. After that I met my my new family and now I live with them I have a mom who stays at home and a dad and a big boy kid who is my brother. Every day they tell me how much they love me and how much I mean to them. I wish I could talk and tell them the same thing right back! But I know how to smile and give kisses and snuggle up to them and I think they know it all means the same as if I were saying it. I am so grateful for my new life- thank you all! Monroe
