Mulligan is a sweet, really cool 6-7 year old male golden who was on death row. When we saw that kind, goofy face there was no way we could let this wonderful dog die. Mulligan is in great shape, having undergone successful heartworm treatment; he was finally ready to find his forever home. Mulligan had told us he wanted kids, he loved to play ball, and that he was one of the very best cuddlers around so he was adopted to a family with three young children. Everything was going great until they moved to Florida. Mulligan seemed stressed and was no longer happy. He was growling at the kids. We moved Mulligan to a wonderful foster in Florida who reported that he was a fabulous dog who loved their dogs and just seemed to be a velcro dog. He gets stressed during thunderstorms but just needs a safe place to hide. And now he’s got a wonderful one. Mulligan has been adopted by a wonderful couple whose previous dog passed away. With no other children mom and dad have lots of live to give and are happy to spoil Mulligan rotten. Mulligan can finally rest his paws and unpack his toys because now he has a home and a family that will last forever!
