Murray, a wonderful 9 year old male purebred golden, is thunderphobic and had to live outside because a child was afraid of him. Being outside during storms only made Murray more fearful and miserable. So his owner turned to us to help him. We sent a volunteer to pick Murray up and he gave Murry rave reviews. This volunteer offered to keep Murray for a few days while we were searching for a foster home for him, but Murray quickly charmed his way into the volunteer’s heart. It was less than three days when we got the call, “I can’t let this guy go, my wife and I have fallen in love with him. We want him, thunderphobia and all”. Talk about a happy ending!
