Nana w/Luke is a 3 year old purebred female golden whose family had to move to a smaller home. She came to us with her brother Luke. We were determined to keep this pair together. Luke likes to stand next to Nana and when he does, they put their heads on each other’s backs. They are the cutest golden brother and sis. A retired couple met them at our annual picnic and had to have them. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good match, but we’re happy to report that we have finally found Luke and Nana their perfect forever home. This adorable pair now has a wonderful mom who is totally devoted to her dogs. She has owned lots of dogs in the past and even a few goldens. Her most recent dog passed in May. When she came to us she was finally ready to open her home and heart to another, or in this case, two more, four legged friends. Mom works close to home so she stops by a lot during the day to make sure the dogs are doing well. Luke and Nana couldn’t be happier, not only to they have a loving new mom and a great house to play settle in, they have each other, and really, what more could these goldens ask for!
