Meet Noah, a small senior male golden who was picked up as a stray. He had an electric fence collar on with no identification. Our vet thinks he is anywhere from 10-13 years old. No one came to get him at the shelter and he didn’t have much time left. Unfortunately, Noah has heartworms and we don’t know if he would survive the standard heartworm treatment. Noah has to get stronger first. His kidneys don’t look good either. He only weighs 32 pounds and needs to put on at least 10 pounds. Noah is such a sweet, gentle soul that we couldn’t stand for this guy to not spend his golden years being…well, golden. So, we found a permanent foster family to get him stronger and healthier where he can have a happy, carefree life for the remainder of his golden years while AGA will continue to pay for all his medical care for the rest of his life.
