This is little Nugget – a sweet 5 month old male golden mix puppy who was found as a stray. Besides being covered in fleas and ticks, he was in great shape. In this photo, he had just gotten car sick so he wasn’t too perky but there’s no denying Nugget is an adorable and lovable little guy. It didn’t take long for Nugget to melt a few hearts and secure himself a wonderful forever home. Nugget has been adopted by a great mom and dad. He is the family’s first dog so you know he is already being showered with attention, toys, and treats. Mom and dad were determined to wait for the perfect time to bring a dog into the house and when they were finally ready and able to give a dog all the attention and love he needs they came to us, and then they met Nugget. On both ends it was love at first sight. The family is exactly what Nugget had been searching for and Nugget was well worth the family’s wait. Nugget now has three boys ages 5, 7 and 10 to pal around with and they can’t seem to get enough of the pup. There are already tennis balls and toys all over the house. Mom is a stay at home mom so she has been with Nugget teaching him all his basic commands and showing him lots of love. It is sure to be a fun filled forever for this golden nugget!
