Ozzie, a 1 year old male lab/golden mix, was originally named Porkchop when we rescued him and his sister Lambchop from a country road ditch. Ozzie was adopted as a puppy and lived a great life with his 14 year old boy. But when grandma came to live with them Ozzie was brought back to AGA because she was allergic. Ozzie was confused and a bit scared but now he has found a forever home that we know will stick. Now Ozzie will have a great mom and dad, a wonderful home on 5 acres, and a pool for those hot summer days. Mom and dad have two grown children, so Ozzie will be the baby of the house and get lots of love and attention. They do have one daughter who lives close by and has 2 boxers. Ozzie and the boxers already have lots of play dates planned and Ozzie can’t wait. Mom and dad recently lost their lab to cancer so Ozzie fills a very special place in their home and their hearts. It’s been a long road to his forever home for little Oz but we couldn’t be happier to know that he has finally found such wonderful loving family to call his own.
