My name is Ozzie, and I’m a 3-year-old golden boy weighing about 75 pounds with a happy heart and plenty of love to give! I was found as a stray by a kind good samaritan who brought me to a local shelter. When no one came looking for me, AGA stepped in and gave me the second chance I needed.
I’m a very sweet, friendly boy who loves people and other dogs. I’m a total velcro boy and want to be wherever my people are!
I love to run and play outside, roll around on the ground, and get plenty of attention. I’m completely house-trained, walk well on a leash, and ride nicely in the car. I love other dogs, although I would be okay having all the attention on me.
I still have some big puppy energy, and I’m definitely a hugger and jumper, so no small children for me. A fenced yard is a must for me so I can safely run and play, and I need a family with at least one person home most of the day who can give me the attention and companionship I crave.
I’m also a little scared of thunderstorms, but hopefully my forever family will help me feel safe when the skies get noisy. I may have started my journey as a stray, but I’m ready to end it as someone’s beloved best friend! With happy rolls, hugs, and tail wags, Ozzie
