Peppy is a handsome 3 year old purebred male golden that came from a rescue in South Carolina. He was a stud dog for a backyard breeder. Consequently, Peppy doesn’t like other male dogs but sure knew how to charm the ladies. Not that he likes every lady but he is a regular “Ladies’ Man” to some. After a trip to doggie bootcamp, courtesy of Dekalb Tire and their golden retriever AGA Koda, Peppy has become a golden role model. Peppy needed a strong leader, lots of exercise and lots of love in his new home. Peppy was adopted but after a short while he was returned to us and we think that’s how it was supposed to happen. He went right back to his foster dad, who knew instantly that Peppy was home. Dad’s dog was pining away for Peppy (and dad was quietly pining too). Both of them are so happy to have him back they decided they never wanted him to leave again.
