I have been cold, hungry, alone and scared. I haven’t had enough food to keep my muscles strong or enough loving to show that people cared about me. And so, I was thrown away like trash. My owners put me in a cage and left me at a shelter and disappeared in the dark. I waited in the cold, dark night and finally the shelter people came and took me inside. I came to stay with an AGA foster and I’m needing a new home. My new doctor thinks I am about 2-3 years old and small for a boy golden at about 45 pounds. I have a red coat – one you don’t see too often. I am learning about toys and getting along with two other foster dogs. Would you like to meet me? Please just remember if you cannot keep your dog don’t throw it away like it is worthless trash. Take it inside the shelter and ask for help or find a rescue group. Ask for help, don’t punish the dog. It is frightening and confusing because they don’t understand. Someone else is waiting to want them. Now I am waiting for a better life. Many thanks from Piper
