Preston is a 4 year old male golden retriever who has been staying at the Prattville Humane Society in Montgomery Alabama. He was pulled from a kill shelter and they just loved him at the humane society but it is such a small rural town that they just don’t have many adoptions. They called us. Preston is a great car rider and he loves to play with other dogs and loves tennis balls and swimming…. sounds like most goldens we know. He is pretty laid back. Unfortunately, Preston has tested positive for heartworms so he is being treated to kill those before he is ready for adoption. He won’t be available until April but if you’d like to meet him, it can be arranged. Preston is a handsome red boy who is the color of Crimson. What else would you expect from an Alabama boy? It was love at first sight. Once they helped this sweet boy through his treatment they knew they could not let him go. No more shelters for this golden boy, he is finally home!
