Remember I came all the way from a rescue called Foothills Golden Retriever Rescue? That’s in S. Carolina and they were so taken with me that they paid for my heartworm treatment. I have to admit I was not at my best back then – my coat was a mess and had to be all shaved off which didn’t do anything for my confidence. Well, it’s been all coming back in and it’s nicer than ever! My new family knew right away when they met me at adoption day that I was the golden girl for them. I met some cats at their house and we liked each other and then I found out I’ll have grown up kids who will come and visit but I was most surprised by my new pink color. My mom and dad knew that was the color for a Princess. They sent a picture of us for AGA to show on their facebook page and you’ll see how nice I turned out. Notice my royal posture?
