This is Quinn – a 3 year old male golden retriever. He wandered up to a nice couple’s house in south of Atlanta. They did all they could to find his owners but to no avail. They took him to the vet and checked him for a microchip and also had him tested for heartworms. Unfortunately, Quinn had heartworms but thanks to Krista a former AGA orphan and her friend Ellie (who asked their Mom to help Quinn in their honor) they are now gone! Of course, Mom gladly did because she couldn’t think of her life without Krista and Ellie! The people who found Quinn had him for a week and they reported that he is very housebroken and was wonderful with their 2 year old daughter. With a report like that, his pure golden soul and precious face his new family couldn’t resist him. Fortunately, he couldn’t resist them either! He now has two teachers for a mom and dad and a 5 yr old sister too. Since, they are both teachers Quinn will have lots of quality time during the summer and school holidays. They plan to hike, walk and play fetch with Quinn and are now happy to report that Quinn even likes the family cat, Lloyd.
