Ranger, a wonderful 11 month old purebred male golden, was originally brought to us by his family. They lived in a condo and felt he was simply too big for their home. We adopted him to a family with a big house and yard and a stay at home mom. But sadly Ranger has come back because he is a rambunctious boy who needs some discipline that his family was unable to give him. But now we have found Ranger a home where he will be able to get all that excess energy out and be trained too. Ranger’s new forever family has a 5.5 year- old female golden, Precious, who they rescued from a group in Charleston. They have also raised other goldens in the past and know just how to give Ranger the tough love he needs. Mom is a stay at home mom and dad is retired so Ranger will get lots of attention. They have a 16year old grandchild who comes to visit often and loves to play with the dogs. Ranger is very lucky to be in a home with so much love and space to run and play. Ranger’s family even has a house in Hilton Head by the beach. Precious can’t wait for it to get a little warmer so she can show Ranger how to swim, but in the meantime, Ranger is happy chasing Precious around and cuddling with mom and dad. He is even beginning to know his commands, good dog Ranger!
